Returns and Exchanges

We always want to make sure you love your items. We will work with you to make sure you get the right fit. For exchanges no additional shipping fee is charged (in Egypt)

For returns items must be returned within 5 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping fee is not refunded.

 

SIZING TIPS 

TOPS

Lakuna Swim Tunics run slightly small, we suggest ordering one size larger than your regular size, or even 2 if you would like a looser fit.
Our swim tops tend to stretch a little when wet, so be sure to keep that in mind.
Then length of the tunics is designed to fall right below the bum.

TRUNKIES

Lakuna Swim Trunkies run true to size, be sure to order the size you would normally wear in regular pants. Don't size up.
They are already designed to have a loose fitting style.
Our Trunkies come in 2 different lengths:
Regular Length: Which falls right above/at the ankles.
Tall Length : Which is about 10 cm longer than our regular length and is designed to fall below the ankles for added coverage.

INTERNATIONAL Orders: Items must be returned/exchanged within 5 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping fee is not refunded.

EGYPT Orders only: Items can only be returned while the courier is at your door. The courier will wait for you to try on your items, if they do not fit correctly please pay the shipping fee and return the order with the courier.

We have a NO EXCHANGE policy. Simply return your order with the courier and place a new order.

We will not be able to accommodate any returns/exchanges requested after the courier has left the items in your possession.
