How long does it take to receive my order?
Orders in Egypt are estimated to be delivered within 3-5 business days. Business days count as Sunday-Thursday excluding weekends and all official Egyptian Holidays. Please ensure you provide complete/sufficient address and contact details so there is no delay.
What are the delivery fees?
Delivery fees anywhere in Egypt are 60 LE.
How do I know what size to get?
Please take a look at our size chart, it provides exact measurements to guide you to the right size. However, if you are still unsure, please feel free to reach out to us and we will assist you in choosing the correct size.

Do you offer refunds/exchanges?
INTERNAIONAL Orders: Items must be returned/exchanged within 5 days of receipt. Products must be unused and in original packaging. Shipping fee is not refunded.

EGYPT Orders only: Items can only be returned while the courier is at your door. The courier will wait for you to try on your items, if they do not fit correctly please pay the shipping fee and return the order with the courier.
We have a NO EXCHANGE policy. Simply return your order with the courier and place a new order.
We will not be able to accommodate any returns/exchanges requested after the courier has left the items in your possession.

How do I return unwanted Items?
If you are in any way dissatisfied with your swimwear, please return it as soon as courier delivers.
Are customs included in Price?
There are no additional VAT and customs charges. Prices stated on our website are the final price you will pay.
How can I make a payment?
We offer Cash on delivery payments only in Egypt when you receive your order. Or Visa payments are also available at checkout.
What is the Delivery Process?
Orders are delivered by a third party courier service. A representative from the courier team will call you to coordinate a delivery time that is convenient for you. They will not show up at your address without having contacted you first.
